My scheduling for this two weeks was getting out of control because I felt sick and I realized how much work it is to make up leeway! Yes, we have had two weeks time to read the chapter and to solve the task but I'm honest this reading is really time-consuming even if it is interesting to read - to lay it on the line, it is a lot! Parallel we have to read and arrange other things for other courses for example reading Schopenhauers' Parerga et Paralipomena and things like that!
Finally I also have to say something positive! I'm happy that I have the chance and the challenge to improve my english; one side benefit is, that after reading the chapters I'm thinking in english, maybe soon I will dream in english!
Short reflection concerning the group work:
We organized everything very well; everybody has had his part and we worked together through the script at the same time, which was very funny on Google docs, like many busy bees! (Google docs is great!)
At the end I also want to mention something important here - this was really a teamwork, thanks for the appreciation and the tolerance!
hey eva,
AntwortenLöschenI hope you are better now! it is clear, sickness can wipe your schedule away. always remember: if there are significant problems or obstacles, things that could not have been anticipated, just contact me, we are going to find a solution. especially, if the problem is deadline-based. in a course like this you need to instal deadlines. but with only five participants, building up one group, it is pretty easy to change the deadline. so, if there are any problems, mail me, we will see what we can do!
I am happy that you already start to experience a development in your English. this starting to think in English really is a big improvement! you save a lot of energy if you do not have to translate and re-translate. you will see, in no time thinking English will be somewhat automatic, and probably even English dreams may occur!
So, keep having fun with the course and good work for the future tasks! Bye, Alex
