Wow, this week we received the first specialized literature!
It is a quite interesting text but of course you need more time to read and understand this script as you would if it would be in german - but I'm sure that will only be in the beginning because you have to get familiar with specialized literature in english but I'm looking forward to the following scripts and tasks!
At the moment I have to look a few words up which costs a little bit time but one reason why I participate in this course is because I want to improve my english. The screen lecture was quite comprehensible and explicitly and manageable!
I'm looking forward what the other participants will say about the "balance" video! I hope my story for the SORC-scheme will be as interesting as the one about Marvin!
"Balance"
- maybe the people are reflecting our mind with his variety of nerve cells
- at the beginning there is a conjunction and interaction between every nerve cell
- suddenly the nerve cells loose their balance and the interaction is out of order because of a sudden
event
- one nerve cell gets infected (box) because it is vulnerable
- than more nerve cells get infected (box is moving)
- the body with the other nerve cells (platform with the people which try to counterbalance) tries to
compensate
- at the end it isn't possible to compensate and the other nerve cells get infected/ destroyed/ or loose there
ability to work properly
- than the normal protection is getting lost
result: no balance, no possibility to compensate

AntwortenLöschensurely you will see that reading the chapters becomes easier and easier. at the beginning it can be a pain in the ass :-) but I am sure that at the end of our course you will read the chapters flently!
your associations on the movie are very interesting and totally evident. the nerve cells are a very important system and naturally they function in the order of systemic aspects. furthermore it is easy to transport your ideas to other levels, for example a system of several persons. thanks for your insights!

My daughter (Annabel) suffered from schizophrenia for 5 years. I had no idea what was happening and didn’t know where to turn for help. It was hard then because I really didn’t understand the symptoms earlier until she was diagnosed. There was a time she decided to get away from everyone, I was not excluded. I had to sit and cry almost every day because I felt helpless as a single mother (she is all I have got). I was almost discouraged by the doctor but then, I remembered that: I have to shield my daughter’s destiny with courage, faith and perseverance because she is not in her right state of mind and that the bravery and freedom from fear is found in the ‘doing’. Her life is now a testimony.
